Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Text Preset - Keyboard Phrases ("Text Preset", "Application", "app") handles information. Text Preset is provided by Renat Tlebaldiev ("Service Provider") as a freemium iPhone, iPad, and keyboard extension app.

Text Preset is designed as a private phrase library and custom keyboard for saved text snippets, smart templates, variables, folders, tags, images, QR codes, and text shortcuts. The app does not operate a Text Preset server for your phrase content.

Information You Create in the App

You may create, import, edit, or store content in Text Preset, including phrases, folders, tags, variables, custom lists, aliases, images, QR codes, usage counters, and statistics. This content is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your app data is synced through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit infrastructure connected to your Apple ID.

The Service Provider does not receive your saved phrases, keyboard text, images, folders, tags, variables, or local statistics through a Text Preset backend.

Keyboard Extension and Full Access

Text Preset includes an iOS keyboard extension so you can insert saved phrases in other apps. The keyboard reads the shared app container on your device to show your phrases and settings. When Apple's system setting "Allow Full Access" is enabled, iOS gives the keyboard extension broader system capabilities that may be required for some app features, such as shared data access. Text Preset does not send what you type to a Text Preset server.

Some secure text fields, password fields, banking apps, or apps that block third-party keyboards may prevent Text Preset Keyboard from appearing. This is controlled by iOS and the host app.

Apple Intelligence and Smart Rewrite

Text Preset may offer Smart Rewrite, formatting, or similar writing assistance features where available. These features use Apple-provided system intelligence or on-device language capabilities when supported by your device, region, language, and iOS version. Text Preset does not run its own AI server for these features.

You should review any generated or rewritten text before using it, especially for professional, legal, medical, financial, or sensitive communication.

iCloud Sync

If iCloud sync is enabled, Apple processes and stores synced Text Preset data under your Apple ID and iCloud settings. You can manage iCloud access in iOS Settings. Apple's privacy terms apply to Apple's handling of iCloud data.

Purchases

Text Preset may offer a Pro upgrade or other in-app purchases. Purchases, refunds, billing information, and payment processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. The app may store purchase status locally or through Apple's StoreKit systems so Pro features can be unlocked.

Support Email

If you contact support by email, the Service Provider will receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, app version, or diagnostic context. This information is used to answer your request, troubleshoot issues, improve the app, and maintain a support record.

Website Data

When you visit textpreset.app, standard hosting and security logs may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referrer, timestamps, and error logs. This data is used for site security, reliability, abuse prevention, and basic diagnostics.

Location and Tracking

Text Preset does not request precise location data. Text Preset does not sell your personal information. The app is intended to work without third-party advertising trackers.

Sharing of Information

The Service Provider may disclose information only when necessary to provide the app, respond to your support request, comply with law, protect rights and safety, process App Store purchases through Apple, operate iCloud sync through Apple, or maintain the website through hosting and security providers.

Retention and Deletion

Content stored locally in Text Preset remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, reset the app, or uninstall the app. Content synced with iCloud may remain in iCloud according to your Apple ID and iCloud settings. Support emails are retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, maintain records, and protect legal rights.

To request deletion of support correspondence or ask a privacy question, contact textpreset.app@gmail.com. To delete app content, remove it inside the app, disable iCloud sync if applicable, or delete the app from your device.

Children

Text Preset is not directed to children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or another channel, contact textpreset.app@gmail.com.

Security

The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information handled for Text Preset. No app, device, email system, cloud provider, or website can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

International Use

Text Preset may be available in multiple countries. Apple, email providers, and hosting providers may process information in countries other than yours. By using the app or contacting support, you understand that information may be processed where those providers operate.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Text Preset after changes means you accept the updated policy.

By using Text Preset, enabling optional features, contacting support, or visiting the website, you consent to the handling of information described in this Privacy Policy.
