Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to Text Preset - Keyboard Phrases ("Text Preset", "Application", "app"), a freemium iPhone, iPad, and keyboard extension app created by Renat Tlebaldiev ("Service Provider"). By downloading, installing, or using Text Preset, you agree to these Terms.

What Text Preset Does

Text Preset helps you save, organize, search, and insert reusable text snippets, smart templates, variables, folders, tags, aliases, images, QR codes, and keyboard shortcuts. The app is intended for productivity, support replies, sales messages, personal templates, and other lawful text workflows.

Your Content

You are responsible for the phrases, images, variables, templates, and other content you create or store in Text Preset. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that your use of the app will comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and the rights of others.

Avoid storing passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, medical records, or other highly sensitive information in reusable snippets unless you understand and accept the risks of storing and inserting that information from a keyboard app.

Keyboard Extension

Text Preset includes an iOS keyboard extension. Third-party keyboards are controlled by iOS and by the apps where you type. The keyboard may not appear in secure text fields, password fields, banking apps, or apps that block custom keyboards. Some features may require Apple's "Allow Full Access" keyboard setting or iCloud settings to work as expected.

Apple Intelligence and Writing Assistance

Text Preset may include Smart Rewrite, formatting, or related writing assistance where supported by Apple system features, device capability, language, region, and iOS version. Availability and behavior may change based on Apple's software and settings. You are responsible for reviewing generated, rewritten, or formatted text before sending or publishing it.

iCloud Sync and Third-Party Services

If you enable iCloud sync, your Text Preset data may sync through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services under your Apple ID. App Store purchases, refunds, billing, and payment processing are handled by Apple. Website hosting, email, and security providers may also be used to operate the website and support channel.

Free and Pro Features

Text Preset may offer free features and paid Pro features through the App Store. Prices, availability, taxes, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple and may vary by country or region. Any paid feature will be clearly presented before purchase. Restoring purchases depends on Apple's StoreKit and your Apple ID.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Text Preset, attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the app, bypass purchase controls, interfere with app operation, use the app to violate laws, send spam or harmful content, infringe intellectual property, or abuse support and website systems.

Intellectual Property

Text Preset, including the app design, name, icon, software, website, documentation, and related materials, is owned by the Service Provider or licensed to the Service Provider. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Text Preset to you. Your own phrase content remains yours.

Privacy

Your use of Text Preset is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how app data, keyboard access, iCloud sync, support email, purchases, and website logs are handled.

Updates, Changes, and Availability

The Service Provider may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Text Preset at any time. Some features depend on iOS, Apple services, device capability, region, language, network access, or App Store availability. The Service Provider does not guarantee that every feature will be available on every device or in every country.

No Warranty

Text Preset is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Service Provider works to keep the app useful and reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, perfect compatibility, or that the app will meet every use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, Text Preset.

Termination

You may stop using Text Preset at any time by deleting the app from your device. The Service Provider may stop providing the app or restrict access where necessary to comply with law, protect the app, enforce these Terms, or prevent misuse.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Text Preset after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
